meet Andrew
Andrew is a local real estate professional in San Diego. He was born and raised in the Wooded Area of Point Loma and very well versed in all that San Diego has to offer. Andrew attended Sunset View Elementary, Dana + Correia Middle, Point Loma High School, and even received a Business Administration Degree from Point Loma Nazarene University. You could say he’s all around Point Loma guy. He is the youngest of four siblings and parents have lived in the same neighborhood since the early '80s. They love our Point Loma community.
After graduating from PLNU, Andrew remained in Point Loma and aligned himself with the Ghio Panissidi team. In just two short years in the business, he has been involved in a wide variety of transactions, including single-family homes, new construction, condo/townhome, trust sales, VA, and contingent sales. His portfolio has led him to be knowledgeable in the real estate industry. With $9M+ in production, Andrew received the Rookie Agent of the Year award from the Point Loma / Ocean Beach Realtor® Association and his current brokerage 2019.
Aside from real estate, he is actively involved in the Point Loma community. Andrew is an avid beach volleyball player and coach the Men’s Indoor and Beach volleyball team at his alma mater, Point Loma High. His modern and tech-savvy approach is one of the few ways that sets him apart. Motivated by client service, he found his passion in helping others the San Diego area ‘home’.
